Restrictions & Disclaimers
All goods and services provided by AM Pure Services are subject to a written agreement between the customer and AM Pure, signed at the time of service. We are committed to 100% client satisfaction. Before any work begins, you will receive a detailed price quote. Services will only be performed after your approval.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you have a concern about a service performed by an AM Pure technician, you must allow an AM Pure representative to return for an on-site inspection.
- If an inspection is not permitted, the guarantee does not apply.
- If the inspection confirms that service was performed incorrectly or below AM Pure standards, the customer may receive a refund for the specific portion of the service as described in the signed work agreement.
Limitations of Guarantee
- The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to services actually performed by AM Pure technicians.
- It does not cover pre-existing issues, building defects, or equipment failures unrelated to the work we performed.
Service Packages & Coupons
- “Duct Cleaning”, “Duct Cleaning Plus”, “Duct Cleaning Premium”, “Deep Cleaning”, and any other package offered are official package names.
- These packages are valid until AM Pure decides otherwise and may be updated or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
- A dispatcher will provide the most up-to-date details, descriptions, and restrictions when a customer inquires about the packages.
- An email with package inclusions will be sent to the customer after booking an appointment.
- If a customer does not receive the email, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify the company and request the inclusions.
- Package details, descriptions, and services are subject to change.
- Technicians may recommend additional services on-site to improve results.
Save Today
- Packages and promotions listed on the Save Today page may carry restrictions.
- A representative will provide full details when booking.
- Specials, prices, and terms are subject to change at any time.
Promotions & Discounts
- All promotions, coupons, and Save Today offers are subject to change without notice.
- Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts unless specifically approved by AM Pure.
Additional Services
- Additional services are any services not included in the original booking made with AM Pure by phone or through a contracted partner.
- Our technicians may recommend additional services on-site based on inspection.
- No additional service will be performed—free or paid—without the customer’s or authorized person’s approval and signature.
- The authorized person can be the booking customer, someone designated by them, or any person who signs the work agreement on-site.
Payment & Fees
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Additional fees may apply for late cancellations, last-minute rescheduling, or declined payments.
Estimates vs. Final Pricing
- Phone or online estimates may not be the final price.
- Final pricing may vary depending on system size, condition, or additional services requested on-site.
Scheduling & Availability
- Appointments are subject to technician availability and may be rescheduled if necessary.
- We do our best to honor preferred time windows but cannot guarantee exact arrival times.
Property Access & Safety
- Customers are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the property, including driveways, walkways, and service areas.
- AM Pure reserves the right to decline or postpone service if unsafe conditions are present.
Digital Communication Disclaimer
- All confirmations, reminders, and communications may be sent by phone, text, or email.
- AM Pure is not responsible for missed appointments due to incorrect or outdated customer contact information.
Service Results Disclaimer
- Service results may vary depending on system condition, accessibility, and pre-existing issues.
- AM Pure Services is not responsible for issues unrelated to services performed by our technicians.
- While our services are highly effective, AM Pure Services does not guarantee complete removal of all dust, debris, or odors, especially in cases of severe buildup or inaccessible areas.
- While duct and vent cleaning may improve indoor air quality, AM Pure Services does not guarantee specific health outcomes or medical benefits.
Customer Belongings Disclaimer
- Customers are responsible for securing valuables, furniture, and personal belongings before service.
- AM Pure is not liable for damage to unsecured items left in or around service areas.
Equipment & System Condition Disclaimer
- AM Pure Services is not responsible for issues arising from pre-existing equipment damage, poor system condition, or lack of maintenance.
- Any repairs or replacements needed due to such conditions are the customer’s responsibility.
Third-Party Work Disclaimer
- AM Pure Services is not responsible for defects, damage, or performance issues caused by third-party contractors, manufacturers, or prior service providers.
Right to Refuse Service
- AM Pure Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if unsafe, unsanitary, or unreasonable conditions are present.
- Service may also be declined if technicians are subject to harassment, threats, or inappropriate behavior.
Weather & Uncontrollable Events
- Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or modified due to weather conditions, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond AM Pure’s control.
Force Majeure (Delays Beyond Control)
- AM Pure Services is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including supplier shortages, labor disputes, government actions, or other emergencies.
No Liability for Indirect Damages
- AM Pure Services is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages beyond the scope of work performed.
Photos & Documentation
- Technicians may take before-and-after photos for quality control, training, or warranty purposes.
- Photos will never include personal or identifying details of the customer’s home.
Service Area Disclaimer
- Additional travel or trip charges may apply for locations outside AM Pure’s standard service area.
- Services are available only in areas where AM Pure operates.
Certified Technicians
- AM Pure technicians are trained and certified in-house according to AM Pure standards.
Insurance Coverage
- All AM Pure employees are insured under Michigan Workers’ Compensation law.
- AM Pure also carries General Liability Insurance to protect against damages caused by employees while on-site
